Precision Engineering, Canadian Reliability
Started this whole thing in a small two-bay garage with just me, a toolbox, and way too much coffee. Had this idea that folks with European imports deserved better than generic chain shops throwing parts at problems. My old man worked on Mercedes back in Germany, so I guess you could say it's in the blood.
Word got around faster than I expected. Turns out when you actually diagnose the real problem instead of guessing, people notice. Hired my first tech - Dave's still with us, actually. Guy knows BMW electrical systems like nobody's business. Added two more bays and invested heavily in proper Euro diagnostic equipment. No more borrowed scan tools!
Made the call to focus exclusively on European imports. Some folks thought we were crazy turning away business, but we wanted to be THE shop, not just another shop. Sent the team for factory training in Stuttgart and got certified for Audi, VW, BMW, and Mercedes. The investment was steep but it changed everything.
Moved to our current location on Boundary Road. Ten bays, proper alignment rack, dedicated diagnostic station, even got a decent lunch room. My back thanks me every day for the hydraulic lifts. Added Sarah to handle performance tuning - she's got a magic touch with ECU calibrations. The shop's running smoother than a well-maintained S-Class.
COVID was weird for everyone. We adapted though - contactless drop-offs, video inspections, all that jazz. But honestly? It showed us how much people trust their vehicles with us. Also finally got into electric and hybrid European systems. Those Porsche Taycans aren't gonna fix themselves, and the tech's completely different from combustion work.
Twenty-two years later and I still get excited about a tricky diagnostic challenge. Got a solid team of eight techs now, all factory-trained, all passionate about European engineering. We're not the cheapest shop around - never claimed to be. But we'll give you honest answers, quality work, and we stand behind everything we do. Still family-owned, still focused on doing things right rather than doing things fast.
Look, we're not here to sell you stuff you don't need. European cars are complex machines that deserve proper attention from people who actually understand them. That's what we do - no upselling, no shortcuts, just honest diagnostics and quality repairs. Your car's in good hands here.

Owner & Master Technician
Started the shop back in '03. Still love getting my hands dirty when there's a challenging diagnosis. Mercedes and Porsche are my jam.
Senior Technician
Been here since 2008. BMW electrical systems are my specialty - I've probably fixed every model from E46 onwards. Coffee enthusiast and terrible golfer.
Performance Specialist
Joined in 2017 for ECU tuning and performance work. If it's turbocharged and European, I've probably mapped it. Track day regular on weekends.
